We understand that you don't want to pay a high monthly fee for hours of administration work that you may not use in the month and which will not carry over to the next month. That is a business model used for most administrative plans.  We use a membership model.  Pay a low monthly membership fee and receive reduced per transaction fees.  If you don't want to pay for a monthly membership you can still pay at the higher standard transaction fee.
